for the GelKissen24 online shop

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop between Sebastiano Mancuso, Goethestr. 94, 63477 Maintal (the “Seller”) and consumers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The display of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “Add to cart” and completing checkout you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

3. Prices & Shipping

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping is free within Germany and the EU. Delivery time: 7–14 business days (shipping from partner countries possible).

4. Payment

Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal). The charge is made upon order completion.

5. Delivery

Delivery time is 7–14 business days. For deliveries from non-EU countries, additional customs charges may apply, about which we will inform you separately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. See our Withdrawal Policy.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.

8. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
